BBA students visit Qatar Events Show

MIE-SPPU’s BBA students visited the Qatar Event Show 2026 at the Doha Exhibition & Convention Center (DECC), Doha, Qatar, on 1st September 2026 as part of an educational initiative. The visit aimed to provide students with practical exposure to Qatar’s dynamic events and business sector and an understanding of its growing industry opportunities.

The educational visit provided students with a valuable opportunity to observe the events industry in a professional environment and gain first-hand insights into contemporary business practices. Through their exposure to event management, marketing, customer engagement, business networking, event operations, and emerging industry trends, students were able to connect classroom learning with real-world applications. A key highlight of the visit was the opportunity for students and faculty members to attend the expert panel discussion titled “The Human Layer: Creating Meaningful Experiences in the Digital World.” The session provided valuable insights into the importance of the human element in creating meaningful customer and event experiences in an increasingly digital environment.
