CULTURAL ACTIVITIES
The Cultural team aims at giving all students the opportunity to be involved in culturally enriching activities, a chance to extend themselves and to grow in their area of expertise. At MIESPPU we believe that the culture resides in the heart and soul of its students.
The Cultural Cell is responsible for the most crucial of events organized by the students’ body of MIESPPU.
SPORTS
Apart from a range of indoor sports, MIE-SPPU students also get the opportunity to play outdoor sports such as football and Cricket. Weekly coaching and practice sessions are conducted on our grounds. Other sports where our student enthusiastically participate are badminton, table-tennis,

SEMINARS & WORKSHOPS
The Seminar Cell organizes events such as the National Seminar NADWAT, Corporate Ensemble, HR Rendezvous, Induction, Workshops and Guest lectures. Throughout the year, a wide range of seminars and workshops are conducted which incorporate best global practices based on daily feedback from various business leaders.

Whether you want to join an academic group focusing on your area of study or want something more social, there is a student organization with peers who share your interests! There truly is something for everyone and we encourage you to get involved. If you have a passion that is not represented by one of our student organizations, you can easily create your own!

CORPORATE RELATIONS AND CAREER SERVICES
The Placement Cell of serves as an interface between the students and the corporate world. Apart from bringing various companies to the campus, the placement cell also organizes talks, study abroad seminars, internship opportunities and workshops for the collective student body.
STUDENT COUNCIL
Serving on Student Council is a leadership and professional development opportunity. Student Council members collaborate with peers across programs; develop, refine, and apply leadership skills; and engage with students, faculty, and staff on matters of real and timely importance.
Part Time Work Opportunities
Being a student with us you can enroll for this program and participate in this unique initiative which opens doors to invaluable part-time work opportunities in esteemed Qatari organizations, allowing you to work up to 20 hours per week. Launched by the Government of Qatar, the 'Sahem' Program is a visionary approach to enhance human resources, providing students from recognized universities in Qatar, including Pune University, with hands-on work experience while pursuing their studies.
Language Proficiency Program
In the richly diverse environment of MIE-SPPU, language proficiency is valued and nurtured. Recognizing the importance of effective communication, the institute proudly presents two innovative programs tailored to enhance language skills among its students.

English Proficiency Program
This program focuses on bolstering English proficiency among non-English speakers, providing comprehensive support and resources to facilitate effective communication in this global language.
Let Us Learn Arabic
Dedicated to teaching Arabic to non-Arabic speakers. This initiative aims to promote cross-cultural understanding and appreciation by providing students with the opportunity to explore the language and culture of the Arab world.

The student lounge is a cozy informal place where our student can chill out, study or play PSP!
Our spacious library is a haven for readers. Students can tons of resources and reference material at any time during the working hours.
The Computer lab is equipped with the latest computer hardware and software. A great place to do online research!
Our electronics lab has state-of-the-art equipment to help our science students experiment and learn about the amazing world of electronic circuits and microprocessors.
Latest teaching aids in our classrooms make it easy for students to grasp the concepts and master them.

OTHER AMENITIES
STUDY ON CAMPUS
MIE-SPPU boosts of a lavish library stacked with wide variety of study material, reference books and journals. The Library is accessible to students during college hours. Students may also access the Library on weekends with prior permission.
GETTING TO CAMPUS
We run shuttle service to and fro FREE ZONE metro station and our campus. The service is available for students free of cost. In the morning the bus starts at 8 a.m from FREE ZONE Metro Station. In the afternoon, departs from the campus at 4 pm.
SAFETY ON CAMPUS
You are supported by CCTV protection in the University building and halls. Our CCTV is monitored throughout the day by Security Officers in our Control Room.
EATING ON CAMPUS
The Campus cafeteria is a fun place to hang around during your leisure time. The cafeteria offers snacks and drinks as well as hot and cold meals for breakfast and lunch.
Our Campus is equipped with free Wi-Fi to enable staff and students to always be connected to their work and study resources and each other.
