Library

Position: Assistant Librarian

We are looking for a qualified, energetic and committed candidate to  join our institute as a Librarian.

Prerequisites:

  1. Master’s degree or diploma in Library and Information Science from a recognised university.

  2. A minimum of two years' experience in cataloguing, archiving, and other routine digitisation tasks in a library.

  3. Good command in English language

  4. Sound IT skills in library softwares.

  5. Updating software catalogues and compiling book orders/ purchases

Administration

Position: Bilingual Social Media & Design Executive / Personal Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and creative bilingual (English & Arabic) professional to join our team as a Social Media & Design Executive / Personal Assistant.
This dynamic role combines digital media management with executive support duties for the Director.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Marketing

  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Create engaging, high-quality content in English and Arabic (graphics, posts, videos, and stories).

  • Develop and schedule content calendars aligned with marketing goals.

  • Monitor analytics and engagement metrics to optimize performance.

Design & Website Management

  • Design marketing materials such as flyers, social posts, and presentations.

  • Maintain and update the company website using Wix (no coding required).

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Personal Assistant to the Director

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and communications.

  • Assist with meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.

  • Handle general administrative tasks and support day-to-day operations.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

  • Strong skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, or similar).

  • Familiarity with Wix or similar website builders.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
